4–8 weeks
Site Adaptation
- Our architects conduct a full site assessment and survey. The chosen design is adapted to your land's orientation, gradient, and regulations. You receive detailed drawings and a fixed-price contract.

12–18 months
Construction
- Your build begins with one of our vetted construction partners. Monthly progress reports and site visits keep you fully informed. Our team oversees every trade and milestone — you never have to chase anyone.
04
On completion
Move In
- A full handover inspection is completed before you receive your keys. Every system in your home is demonstrated and documented. Ongoing support is available through your first year of ownership.
